August 5th- Meet the Teacher
New Student Registration for 2021-22
Kindergarten students must be five (5) years old by September 1, 2021.
You will need all of the following in order to register:
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Florida 680 Form for vaccinations
- Proof of a physical from a US doctor within the last year
- Parents'/Guardians Identification (ID)
- Proof of Residence (deed in the parents' name or lease and two utility bills in parents' name)
- School Records from previous school
- OCPS 2021-22 Registration packet

* The packet must be typed and printed out. We do not accept handwritten packets. You are welcome to use our computer and printer. If you are missing any part of the registration packet, your appointment will be rescheduled.
