Principal's Message

Welcome to Orange Center Elementary!

Fredrick BrooksIt is with great pleasure and excitement that I welcome you to the 2021-2022 school year at Orange Center Elementary School. I feel truly blessed to be the instructional leader of such an awesome school community. I am eager and excited to begin what promises to be an outstanding year at Orange Center Elementary School. I do not take lightly that you have chosen our school as the place to provide your child with experiences that are rigorous, relevant and builds relationships. As your principal, it is important to me that everyone who steps through our doors-staff, students, and parents-are excited to be here! This mindset allows us to meet the challenges and obstacles we face and work collaboratively to remove barriers in an effort to meet the needs of our students.

I am also pleased to share a few exciting and outstanding opportunities that will be provided at Orange Center Elementary. We will continue to offer a variety of academic and performance options including the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Program. In addition, we will continue to engage students in musical performances through our band and chorus programs. Community engagement is another critical component to our success as a school. We welcome parent volunteers, community volunteers, and business leaders as key contributors to our success. I would like to invite all to take advantage of the many opportunities available to volunteer and partner with us. Please contact your child’s teacher or our front office for ways to become involved in our school.

Again, I am honored to be the principal of Orange Center Elementary and look forward to working with our dedicated educators, supportive parents, and amazing students this year. Thank you in advance for making Orange Center Elementary a wonderful place for children to learn. Let’s work together to make it a great school year!

Your Principal,

Dr. Fredrick Brooks
